In 2008 we set up Regent Properties to manage our own portfolio but also to share our knowledge and expertise to other landlords both big and small. We at Regent Properties are not a sales division we simply offer a no-nonsense approach to letting.

As professional landlords and developers based in the Glasgow area since 1980’s, we understand difficulties faced when letting and maintaining our own portfolio. Having used a range of other letting agents we were continually dismayed at levels of cost of maintenance and service provided by them.

Each property tells a story

Do we own property or are we guardians for a short period in the lifetime of a building? Our job is to protect/enhance and improve the building to achieve greater capital gains and rental income. We don’t see ourselves as letting agents. We are Asset managers and the asset we manage is property. Our role is to protect the asset and where possible increase the value/return from it.
